Their traditional cookies are basic but not ordinary, and their distinctive cookies are a twist on familiar recipes. Eco-friendly packaging that is compostable and/or biodegradable.

Cathy started studying the craft of bookbinding to learn how to repair and restore books she collected, but soon started making her own creations. Traditional bookbinding techniques are used in making all items, made from a range of materials including leather, paper, bookcloth, and decorative paper. Greystone Bookworks is based in Shelton, Connecticut.
